Pirate can wear leaders' hat & an eye patch.
Wear yellow rain ponchos and hold arms out straight to the side to make it look square.

LEADER: Are you ready, Cubs?
CUBS: Aye, aye, Akela!

LEADER: I can't hear you!
CUBS: Aye, aye, Akela!

LEADER: Oooohhhhh......

CUB1: Who camps in an army tent under a tree?
